Cookies and similar technologies

This policy concerns salcor.biz, operated by Salcor Ltd as CozyGlobetrotter. Cookies are small files stored on a device. Similar functions may use local storage, pixels or other methods of accessing information on a device. Different purposes require different treatment; a security cookie is not the same as advertising attribution.

Our presentation layer

The CozyGlobetrotter Atelier theme serves its fonts and decorative films locally. It does not itself create cookies, store identifiers in local storage, add advertising pixels or load a third-party video player. Playing or pausing these local films does not opt you into advertising tracking.

WordPress and separately installed services may still use storage. Sign-in cookies support authenticated sessions. If comment features offer to remember your details, using that option can store those details for a later comment. Security and consent tools may store the information necessary for their stated functions. The theme’s behaviour is not a claim that all installed plugins or all article embeds are cookie-free.

The publication does not use YouTube players or Google Maps embeds in its redesigned pages. Decorative films are served as local files, without third-party video accounts or players. Separately installed plugins may have their own behaviour and should be reviewed before being enabled.

Affiliate links and destination cookies

Some links are affiliate referrals, including referrals through Webgains. A network or retailer may use referral parameters and storage to attribute an eligible transaction. Cookie names, retention periods and eligibility windows differ between programmes and destinations; we do not describe one network cookie as a cookie set on every visit to this website. Check the destination’s cookie information and consent controls.

Non-essential advertising storage or access requires valid consent where the applicable rules require it. Clicking a link, continuing to browse, accepting website terms or playing a film is not blanket consent to advertising cookies. A Cookie Policy is information, not a technical consent mechanism.

Changing your choices

If an optional-cookie service presents a consent control, use its settings to refuse or withdraw optional purposes as easily as accepting them. Browser settings can also remove stored cookies or limit future storage, although blocking necessary sign-in storage can affect account functions. Removing a cookie does not by itself delete information already held by a separate retailer or network.
